Stephen Byrnes is an associate of the firm. Mr. Byrnes represents both plaintiffs and defendants in a variety of practice areas, including in personal injury, first and third party insurance, and in breach of contract and other commercial matters. He has handled all aspects of litigation, including arguing motions, conducting discovery, negotiating settlement agreements, and drafting appellate briefs. Prior to joining Alayon & Associates, P.A., Mr. Byrnes worked for a boutique securities litigation firm and before that a Miami based fashion and apparel company.
